Now for the recipe…
Craving for Chinese Food? Here’s another dish that is so good. I learned it here in Singapore. I have come to love this place. The pleasure of walking around and enjoying food is one great therapy for me. When I’m tired and worn out, I will just take a walk and enjoy the night and yes I gain weight here. I have to tell you that I do enjoy eating a good deal..lol!. This place has inspired me to follow where my heart is…cooking… my passion.
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.Set aside.
In a wok or sauce pan heat oil and stir fry the meat until brown, around 5 minutes
Then add ginger, garlic and leeks.Stir fry until aroma comes out, around 1 minute .
Then pour the sauce, mix well to combine, cover and simmer for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until tender.
You may add 1 more cup of water while in the middle of cooking it.
The sauce depends upon your desired consistency as long as it covers the meat, then its fine.
I want mine with more sauce so I just make it between thicker and thinner.
The spicy black bean is mild and not salty. It goes well with meat..tender and tasty.I never thought its gonna be really yummy.Be careful..cause you might need to ask for … more rice please…
Hmmmm… You know this is really good. I cant tell you the exact pleasure of eating this one..where I can totally enjoy my mountain of rice or with those precious white mantou bread…I dont count anymore..I have a way of satisfying my tired body… just eat… yes, just eat… Lol! Lets eat, lets giggle and lets be merry! Have a great weekend to all!
